Eugene Singer
Eugene Singer received his undergraduate and Doctorate in Economics from Princeton University. He also received an LLB from Michigan Law School and is a member of the New York Bar. Author of Antitrust Economics( Prentice-Hall, 1968); former editor of The Antitrust Bulletin and former Chairman of the Economics Committee of the American Bar Association. For approximately twenty five years he was an antitrust economic consultant to companies and law firms on mergers and acquisitions. Studies were prepared by him and submitted to the Federal Trade Commission or the Antitrust Division. The economic studies required an understanding of the production facilities and data information systems.
